The room was quiet plus it had climate control, a flat-screen TV and a microwave oven. Location: the hotel was so close to Charlotte and stores. I tried some drinks at bar Hickory Tavern, located 10 minutes walk away.

This hotel had a great continental breakfast included with fresh coffee, juice, bagels and more. the hotel was situated in a great area with plenty of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. the pool was open late into the evening and provided a great place to cool off after a hot day exploring.

The hotel was not as clean as expected with dirty floors and stained linens. our room had an issue with the water pressure in the shower and the cracked tub was quite old.
